Complaints concerning the way in which MERLITO conducts its business, should be addressed in writing to the Chief Executive Officer, 1134 Budapest, Angyalföldi út 30-32. B 3/44., Hungary or in electronic form in e-mail (info (at) merlito (dot) com), or to the official e-mail address of MERLITO employees indicated on this website.

 

All supporting documentary evidence should be included along with the complaint. All complaints must be within the scope of the MERLITO Rules and the cause of the complaint must have occurred within 5 years from the date of making the complaint. MERLITO will provide a full written response to the complaint as soon as is reasonably possible but in any event, within  30 days of receipt of the complaint.

 

Confidentiality obligations may apply with respect to the outcome of investigations in certain circumstances. Where the matter is not resolved to the satisfaction of the complainant, MERLITO will advise the complainant of the appropriate regulatory body to whom they may redirect their complaint.

The standard EU Complaints Form for Consumers may also be used for submitting the complaint.
